APAR Error Description / Circumvention

The task names created for the IOPless tape driver are difficult
to tie to the specific resource the task is running.  This makes
it more difficult for IBM support to quickly identify a problem
when one is reported.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA45005 :
-----------------------------
With this fix applied, the task names created will be
TPNIO#xxxxxx, where xxxxxx is the driver number from the table
displayed with advanced analysis ioniotape -ids.  For example, 1
C00001248E399000 TAP01      3580-007 ... would be TPNIO#000001.
