APAR Error Description / Circumvention

If a multipath supported drive starts the drive allocation
process, and fails due to another system using the drive, the
system must remembers it has registered usage with the drive.
If the system is IPLed before the registration is removed, the
drive will not be usable after the IPL.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA44683 :
-----------------------------
Apply this fix to correct the management of reservation
registration so that the drive will properly be reserved.

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM FIXED FOR APAR MA44755 :
-----------------------------------------------
Unexpected D/T3577 behavior of the media mover when it is in
sequential mode.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA44755 :
-----------------------------
The system does not properly detect that the mover is in
sequential mode, and initiates the operation to store the media
when the drive is unloaded.  This prevents the 3577 from loading
the next sequential cartridge, and the library appears to the
user to be in library mode.  Apply this fix to allow proper
operation of the library.
