APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
Customer was performing a RGZPFM, in such a way that a copy of
the file was done. The file resided in an IASP, and the
operation caused storage in the IASP to exhaust. This was
incorrect handled resulting in the system coming down. In this
situation it is reasonable for the IASP to terminate, but not
the system.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA44586 :
-----------------------------
Corrected problem in exception handling code such that we will
TI the iAsp and not the entire partition when the data lives on
an iAsp.  Also, split the 0600 33F5 into two vlogs.  Second vlog
will be 0600 33F6 and will contain a separate task dump to
assist with future debug.
