APAR Error Description / Circumvention

The Retrieve Disk Information (QYASRDI) API fails to return the
requested disk information when the receiver variable specifies
a very large size. Look for a Service Function LIC Log
vl0C00C4D4 for the job that issued QYASRDI.
CORRECTION FOR APAR MA44343 :
-----------------------------
The Retrieve Disk Information (QYASRDI) API invokes MI
Instruction Materialize Resource Management Data (MATRMD) option
hex 1D for DASD Management Disk Information.
The Licensed Internal Code for retrieving the disk information
was corrected to avoid writing data beyond the number of bytes
provided.
