use system memory addresses not generated by the IBM translator,
including programs that circumvent control technology designed to limit
interactive capacity to purchased levels. This PTF may be a prerequisite

APAR Error Description / Circumvention

Service would like to be able to perform a media copy of a MSD
while a MSD is being set to be viewed.
CORRECTION FOR APAR MA44565 :
-----------------------------
During the media copy, the MSDMgr locks the MSD library and
builds the address indexes for the data. During this process the
user must wait to view the dump. The copy function doesn't use
the address indexes, so this is an unnecessary step and it's
time consuming. The LIC code will be changed to skip the build
address indexes for the Copy to media function.
