APAR Error Description / Circumvention

Customer is utilizing APIs: QaneSava/QaneRsta for their
save/restore action, with save files. When utilizing either

Technical description . . . : Error summary code C50B. Device
dependent error code *N.
This error does not appear when using *LOW compression or no
compression at all.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA44345 :
-----------------------------
The QaneSava API may encounter a boundary condition with *MEDIUM
or *HIGH compression which misaligns the save data. The save
will not indicate a failure and seemingly completes
successfully. As a result, an attempt to restore the misaligned
data using the QaneRsta API will fail causing message MSGCPF3795
with error summary code C50B. The problem has a higher
likelihood of occurring when saving larger sets of data.
Changes will be made in LIC ANE to handle the boundary condition
when using the QaneSava API. Previously saved data which
encountered the problem will need to re-saved after application
of PTF.
CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR MA44345 :
