APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
When a Performance Explorer collection is started, typically by
using the STRPEX command,  and then is immediately ended,
typically by using the ENDPEX command, the process that has
initiated the end operation may hang. The process enters a state
that can not be terminated. An abnormal restart of the entire
partition is required to recover.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA43313 :
-----------------------------
The Licensed Internal Code was modified to fix the problem.

CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR MA43313 :
--------------------------------
Do not immediately end a Performance Explorer collection after
starting the collection.
