APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
RMMOVETASKOBJCTS tasks are consuming a high percentage of the
CPU utilization. This is causing other system tasks and jobs to
wait for processor resources. This issue only occurs when
processor folding is enabled in the partition.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA42613 :
-----------------------------
The Licensed Internal Code was taking folded processors into
account when assessing nodal balance, by excluding folded
processors from the number of available processors in the
partition.  Repeated processor folds/unfolds in response to
changing workload activity caused repeated reassessments of how
the workload should be balanced from a nodal standpoint, which
led to repeated home node reassignments for existing tasks,
threads, and jobs.  When home nodes were reassigned, the
RMMOVETASKOBJCTS tasks became active to move critical storage
for these tasks to memory on their new home nodes.  The Licensed
Internal Code is being changed to ignore a processor's
folded/unfolded status when performing node balancing.  This
will eliminate the over-activity of the RMMOVETASKOBJCTS tasks.
