APAR Error Description / Circumvention

Attempting a DLPAR remove operation of a virtual Fibre Channel
client adapter that attaches a logical unit using LUN ID 0 will
fail. Devices which use LUN 0 as a device include all tape
libraries and some disk storage servers.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA42511 :
-----------------------------
Licensed Internal Code will change to recognize when attached
devices using LUN 0 have been disabled and allow the DLPAR
remove operation to complete normally.

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM FIXED FOR APAR MA42523 :
-----------------------------------------------
While running disk exercisers, errors with Unit Reference Code
FFFE are logged in the Product Activity Log.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA42523 :
-----------------------------
Tolerate the disk storage server setting the SCSI status
qualifier field to a nonzero value in the response data when the
SCSI status indicates the request completed successfully.

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM FIXED FOR APAR MA42526 :
-----------------------------------------------
Following successful completion of an IOP dump for a 6B25
virtual Fibre Channel adapter,  the IOP dump may appear to
contain old data when referenced by virtual address
(8020000087xxxxxx).

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA42526 :
-----------------------------
Licensed Internal Code will invalidate all dump segment virtual
addresses that reside in main memory after the dump completes.
Subsequent accesses to the IOP dump via virtual address will
then read the current data pages from disk into instead of using
previous data already in memory.
