APAR Error Description / Circumvention

Sockets exit object getting instantiated after the FIN was
already received and Telnet exit is not getting called right
away.

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA40098 :

Sockets user exit registration will look for the FIN and notify
Telnet if it exists at registration time.
