APAR Error Description / Circumvention

-----------------------------------------------
System i NetServer unable to start until after an IPv4 interface
has started. On systems starting only an IPv6 interface, QSYSOPR
message queue or QHST will contain : CPIB683 RC=5 - Start of the
NetBIOS over TCP/IP failed with return code 3448. 3448 maps to
CPE3448 "The protocol required to support the specified address
family is not available at this time."

CORRECTION FOR APAR MA40025 :
-----------------------------
NetBIOS is only supported over IPv4 which is why EUNATCH is
returned when starting NetBIOS with only IPv6 interfaces active.
NetBIOS is not supported over IPv6; however, it has been updated
to allow limited start-up to occur if only IPv6 interfaces are
active.
