DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM FIXED FOR APAR MA39605 :

Because tamper bits are no longer Active Low, they were not
being handled.
CORRECTION FOR APAR MA39605 :

Code change to account for active High tamper bits.
CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR MA39605 :

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM FIXED FOR APAR MA39606 :

A set of new errors for temporary CRC and ECC errors are not
being detected.

DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM FIXED FOR APAR MA39607 :

When the low battery bit test turns on the low battery
conditions, it is not being detected.
CORRECTION FOR APAR MA39607 :

Prior code used a low battery timer to remove false low battery
detection. This is not needed for the 4765.
