Troubleshooting
Problem
Selecting the Preview option from within an opened Automation Document Processing application causes Server Error to be displayed after one minute or longer. If you are previewing the application from a location other than the opened application, the page waits indefinitely, and no error is displayed.
Symptom
Preview can be started from several locations. Some locations show Network Error instead of Server Error.
