We are excited to have you join our dynamic group of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) customers.

Our Client Success Management Team is dedicated to your success and we will be your advocates within IBM to help ​you get the most out of your ICM investment. We are here to assist you in finding the answers to any questions or concerns you might have. Ultimately, we will be working together to ensure that we, as IBM, are aligned to your business goals and that together not only achieve them, but exceed them.

How to get started
What should we (and you) know?

In order to ensure your team is kept in the loop with any updates, events, and other useful information, we should make sure we know each other and what your plans are with your investment.

Please email us at your earliest convenience:

  1. List of contacts, from executive sponsors to ICM Administrators, to ensure everyone is kept up to date wtih what is going on in our community.
  2. A few dates and times that work for you and your team (1hr) for your offical "Kick Off" call
  3. Your short and long term goals. This will help us focus our conversations and ensure we are starting off in the right direction.
Educate yourself

The ICM journey can be rewarding. It requires a foundational understanding. Customers who have a long term plan for their team's education have higher success rates and ROI.

Familiarize yourself

At times, you will need to reach out to support for any technical issues or questions. Our team is ready to help! Familiarize yourself with the process of opening a ticket and our escalation levels. If you have any questions about these, we will be happy to discuss.
