Control panel removal
To remove the control (op) panel, follow these steps:
- Disconnect the power source from the system by unplugging the system.
- Unlock the control panel, located under the disk bays, by pressing release button, and pull the control panel out of the system. Remove the control panel by pressing the locking tabs located on either side of the panel, grasping the edges of the panel, and pulling the panel out of its bay.
- Disconnect the control panel signal cable and its related USB cable, which are connected to the back of the control panel by a retainer arm.
