Optional PCI riser removal
To remove the Optional PCI riser, follow these steps:
- Remove the service access cover.
- Disconnect the power source from the system by unplugging the system.
- Remove any PCI adapters seated in the expansion riser.
- Pinch the expansion riser latch and lift up the latch into the open position.
- Pull the latch mechanism up to unlock the expansion riser.
- Loosen the securing knobs on the expansion riser by turning them counter-clockwise.
- Carefully lift the expansion riser out of the system.
