Internal to external SAS cable installation
To install the internal to external SAS cable, follow these steps:
- Connect the external port to the rear of the system until it snaps in place.
- Place the cable along the chassis until the SAS connector is over the SAS connection on the system backplane.
- Push the SAS shroud into the SAS connection on the system backplane until it snaps in place.
- Replace the service access cover.
