Internal to external SAS cable removal
To remove the Internal to external SAS cable, follow these steps:
- Remove the service access cover.
- Remove the existing SAS cable or filler.
- Press the side tab and pull the SAS shroud out of the SAS connection on the system backplane.
- Push the external SAS port down and then pull the SAS cable out of the system.
For specific instructions for the removal and installation of hardware.
