To Install the RAID Card Carrier and RAID Card Assembly:

1. Position the card under the tabs on the carrier and rotate it down until secured by the latch.
   
   
2. Connect the SAS cable to the card.
   
   
3. Align the guides on the RAID card carrier with the slot and channels in the chassis and press down until the card is seated in the connector.
   
   Note that when fully seated the blue carrier handle will be flush with the top of the server. Here is a closer look at a channel in the chassis and a guide on the end of the carrier.
   
   Here is a closer look at the slot in the side of the chassis and the guide on the back of the carrier.
   
   
4. Install the Top Cover Bracket:
   
   
   1. Place the top-cover bracket on the server using the rear tabs for alignment and then rotate it into place.
      
      
   2. Slide the blue latches on the bracket toward the outside of the server until latched in place.
      
      Hear is a closer look at the rear tabs on the bracket and the slots in the chassis.
      
      
5. Install the Top Cover:
   
   
   1. With the cover release latch in the open position place the cover on top of the server so that the tabs on the cover align with the slots in the chassis.
      
      
   2. Slide the top cover forward while closing the release latch.
