To remove a front hot-swap fan:

  1. Remove the Front Bezel:

    1. Press in on the bezel retention tabs at the sides of the bezel, and lift the bezel from the server.

      Here is a closer look at a retention tab on the Bezel.

  2. Remove the Front Hot-swap Fan:

    1. Open the fan-release handle by pressing the orange release latch and rotating the handle down.

    2. Pull the fan from the server and set it aside.
