Text from the audio portion of the CD-RW/DVD drive installation movie
To install a CD-RW/DVD Drive:
- Install the retention clip on the side of the drive using the tabs on the clip and the holes in the drive for alignment.
- Slide the drive into the bay until latched in place.

Install the Top Cover:
- With the cover release latch in the open position place the cover over the chassis so that the tabs in the cover align with the slots in the chassis.
- Slide the cover forward while rotating the cover release latch down to the closed position.
Here is a closer look at a tab on the cover and a slot in the side of the chassis.
