To install the Front and Rear Adapter Retention Brackets:

1. Insert the top hinge pin on the rear bracket into the hole in the chassis, then insert the other side by flexing the bracket. Rotate the bracket to the closed position.
2. Place the hole in the front adapter-retention bracket onto the hinge pin, then flex the other side of the bracket and seat it on its hinge pin and close the bracket.
   Here is a closer look at the rear bracket hinge pin and a hole in the chassis.
3. Return the server to its normal operating position.
4. Install the side Cover:
   1. Position the channel on the cover over the rail on the bottom edge of the chassis.
   2. Rotate the cover toward the chassis and then press down on the cover release latch and close the cover.
   3. Lock the side cover if required.
