Text from the audio portion of the DVD Drive installation movie

To install a DVD Drive:

  1. Position the rails on the side of the drive, using the holes for alignment.
  2. Press the spring retainer to secure.
  3. Use the same procedure to install the other retainer
  4. Slide the drive into the bay until secured by the latches.
  5. Connect the power and signal cables to the drive.
  6. Close the Bezel
    1. Rotate the left side of the bezel towards the server until closed.
  7. Install the side Cover:
    1. Position the channel on the cover over the rail on the bottom edge of the chassis.
    2. Rotate the cover toward the chassis and then press down on the cover release latch and close the cover.
    3. Lock the side cover if required.
