PCI adapter cassette and PCI adapter installation

To install the PCI adapter cassette and PCI adapter, follow these steps:

1. Ensure that all of the adapter retainers have been pushed out to the edges of the cassette, into the open position, to allow the placement of the adapter.
2. Place the adapter in the cassette.
   1. Insert the adapter into the cassette and align the tailstock with the tailstock retaining channel.
   2. Slide the adapter into the connector ensuring that the tailstock is in the channel.
   3. To lock in position, press down on the top of the tailstock adapter.
   4. Position the adapter retainers clips to support the adapter, and then rotate the retainer clip into the closed position.
3. Replace the cassette cover by doing the following:
   1. Slide the cover into the grooves on the cassette.
   2. Ensure the locating tab is installed inside of the cassette.
   3. Push the cover down to lock the cover into place.
4. Lock the cassette guide rail.
   1. Push the retaining lock into the guide rail.
   2. Slide the guide rail.
5. Slide the cassette into the cassette slot. After the cassette is fully inserted into the system, firmly press the cassette handle to lock the adapter in its connector.
