PCI adapter cassette and PCI adapter removal
To remove the PCI adapter cassette and PCI adapter, follow these steps:
- Pull down the cassette handle.
- Pull the PCI cassette out of the system.

Unlock the cassette guide rail.
- Lift the retaining lock of the guide rail.
- Push the guide rail.

Remove the cassette cover.
- Slide the cover out of the grooves on the cassette.
- Lift the cover off the cassette.
- To remove the adapter from the cassette, unlock the adapter retainers by rotating the retainer clips into the horizontal position.
- Remove the adapter out of the cassette by grasping the edge of the adapter opposite the tailstock, and then lift the adapter away from the bottom of the cassette. Slide the adapter out of the tailstock retaining channel.
