Text from the audio portion of the hot-swap fan installation movie
To install a hot-swap fan:
- Place the fan into the fan assembly bracket using the connector for alignment, then press down on the fan until it is seated and close the clear tab on the dimm air baffle.
Use the same procedure to install any additional fans if required
Install the top cover:
- Position the cover on top of the server using alignment pins on the cover and slots in the chassis for alignment.
- Slide the cover toward the front of the server until it latches in place.
