Text from the audio portion of the microprocessor 2 air baffle removal movie
To remove the microprocessor 2 air baffle:
- Turn off the server and all peripheral devices, and disconnect all power cords and external cables.
Remove the Top Cover:
- Press down firmly on the blue tab on top of the cover and slide it to the rear until it disengages from the chassis.
- Lift the cover off the server and set it aside.
Remove the Microprocessor 2 Air Baffle:
- Lift the air baffle up, then remove the air baffle from the server and set it aside.
Note: For proper cooling and airflow replace all air baffles before you turn on the server.
For specific instructions for the removal and installation of hardware.
