Abstract
SCSI disk drive installation movie for IBM System x3650 T (Type 7980)
Content
To install a SCSI Hard Disk Drive:
- Place the drive in the tray using the holes in the drive and detents on the tray for alignment.
- Turn the tray over and secure with the four screws.

Here is a closer look at a detent in the tray.
- Position the drive tray into the bay until the tray handle engages, and then rotate the handle to the closed and locked position.
- Press to release the connector lever and rotate to the locked position (horizontal).

- Use the same procedure to install any additional drives
Install the Bezel:
- Position the Bezel on the system using the screw holes for alignment and secure with the two captive thumb screws.
