To install the 2.5 inch drive backplane:

1. Slide the back plane into the bay area using care not to damage any cables.
2. Connect SAS signal cable to the back Plane … and the SAS power cable to the system board.

Install the Tape Drive Bay Filler:

1. Insert the tape drive bay filler into the bay and press into place.

Install the Hot-Swap Disk Drives:

1. Push the drives into the bay.
2. Close the handle to latch into place. Use the same procedure to install the remaining drives

Install the Hot-Swap Fan Bracket Assembly:

1. Ensure that the bracket levers are in the open position.
2. Position the bracket into the chassis using the alignment tabs as a guide.
3. Rotate the levers to the locked position and insure that all of the fans are seated

Install the Cover:

1. Position the cover over the chassis aligning the tabs in the cover with the slots in the chassis.
2. Slide the cover forward while rotating the cover release latch to the closed position.
