IBM System x3550 (Type 1013, 1913, 7978) - CD/DVD Interposer Card installation movie
Content
To install the CD/DVD Interposer Card:
- Connect the cable to the interposer card.
- Position the card over the alignment post and secure with the single screw.
- Slide the drive into the bay until secured in place by the latch.
- Close the Fan Door.
- Rotate the Fan Door to the closed and latched position.
For specific instructions for the removal and installation of hardware.
