To install a fan

1. Position the fan in the server using the mounting posts in the chassis for alignment and press down firmly until seated.
2. Here is a closer look at a fan mounting post.
3. Connect the fan cable to the system board.

Install the air baffles:

1. Position the baffle in the system using the holes in the baffle and the pins in the base for alignment.
2. Here is a closer look at a pin in the base and a hole in the baffle.
3. Use the same procedure to install the air baffle for microprocessor one if required.

Install the top cover:

1. Position the cover over the chassis aligning the tabs in the cover with the slots in the chassis.
2. Slide the cover forward, ensuring that the channel in the front of the cover engages edge on the chassis, and secure with the single captive screw.
