To install a hot-swap hard drive
- Ensure that the drive tray handle is in the open position.
- Align the drive tray assembly so that it engages the guide rails in the bay.
- Gently push the assembly into the bay until the drive connects to the backplane.
- Rotate the drive tray handle to the closed position.
To install a filler plate:
- Position the plate into the bay and press in until seated.
- Use the same procedure to install any additional drives or filler plates.
Install the lower bezel:
- Insert the two tabs at the bottom of the lower bezel into the slots in the chassis and then rotate the top of the lower bezel toward the server until it latches in place.
