Abstract
Instructions for removing the Remote Supervisor Adapter II rom any xSeries 366 and xSeries 460 server.

To remove the RSA II adapter:
- Turn off the server and peripheral devices, and disconnect the power cords.
- Remove the top cover.
- Lift the cover-release latch handle
- The cover slides to the rear, approximately one-half inch
- Lift the cover off the server.
Remove the I/O board:
Disconnect the following cables from the I/O board:
- DVD signal
- 2 SAS signal
- Open the release latches located on both ends of the I/O board, and pull the board from the server slightly.
- Disconnect the USB power cable, then remove the I/O board from the server.
- Release the three latches securing the adapter card.
- Grasp the edges of the adapter, and lift it from the I/O board.
For specific instructions for the removal and installation of hardware.
