Text from the audio portion of the hot-swap fan installation movie
To install a hot-swap fan:
- Open the locking handle on the replacement fan.
- Lower the fan into its socket, and rotate the handle to the locked position.
Install the top cover:
- Position the cover on the chassis while aligning the tabs on the cover with the slots in the chassis.
- Slide the cover toward the front of the system, and secure it with the cover-release latch handle.
- Here's a closer look at a cover tab and a slot on the chassis.
