Abstract
Instructions for installing the front fan assembly of an xSeries 226 server.

Text from the audio portion of the front fan assembly installation movie
To install the front fan assembly:
- Align the slots in the bottom of the adapter support bracket and fan housing with the tabs in the chassis.
- Slide the assembly towards the bottom of the server until secured by the tabs and release leaver.
- Route and connect any cables that were removed from the system board, and the fan power cable.
- Install the side support bracket.
- Return the server to its operational position.
- Install the side cover.
For specific instructions for the removal and installation of hardware.
