Text description of light path assembly removal
To remove the light path assembly:
- Remove the strain relief.
- Extract the cables from the retainers.
- Push in the panel to release the latch and pull the panel until you meet resistance.
- Squeeze the tabs on the slider and continue to pull out the panel, the slider, and the cable.
- To remove the light path card:
- Pry off the top cover.
- Lift the card out and place it on the ESD mat.
- Extract the cable from the retainers on the slide.
- Then disconnect the cable from the card.
- Place the card on the ESD mat.
