Vulnerability Details

CVEID:   CVE-2026-84003
DESCRIPTION:   Authentication bypass by capture-replay in Microsoft Authentication Library (MSAL) for Node.js allows an unauthorized attacker to perform spoofing over a network.
CWE:   CWE-294: Authentication Bypass by Capture-replay
CVSS Source:   secure@microsoft.com
CVSS Base score:   7.4
CVSS Vector:   (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:H/I:H/A:N)

CVEID:   CVE-2026-84371
DESCRIPTION:   ApostropheCMS is an open-source Node.js content management system, and sanitize-html provides a simple HTML sanitizer with a clear API. From version 1.9.0 until version 2.17.7, packages/sanitize-html/index.js validates an animation value attribute as one flat URL and does not recognize that attributeName selecting href or xlink:href gives the sibling values, from, to, or by attribute SVG SMIL URL semantics. In configurations that allow the animate, animateColor, animateMotion, animateTransform, or set elements, a values list can begin with a safe fragment and contain a later executable destination that survives allowedSchemesAppliedToAttributes checking. When the sanitized SVG is rendered, the browser can copy that later destination into the live link, and a victim who activates the link can execute script in the application's origin. This issue is fixed in version 2.17.7.
CWE:   CWE-79: Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting')

CVEID:   CVE-2026-49844
DESCRIPTION:   Improper encoding of non-finite floating-point values during MapMessage JSON serialization in Apache Log4j API produces output that is not valid JSON. This issue affects Apache Log4j API versions 2.13.1 through 2.25.4 and version 2.26.0. The fix for CVE-2026-34481 did not cover all code paths: when a MapMessage contains a non-finite IEEE 754 value (NaN, Infinity, or -Infinity), MapMessage.asJson() emits the corresponding bare token. RFC 8259 does not permit these tokens, so a conformant parser rejects the resulting document. The defect is reachable only when both of the following conditions hold: * The application uses the message resolver https://logging.apache.org/log4j/2.x/manual/json-template-layout.html#e… of JsonTemplateLayout or any other layout that relies on MapMessage.asJson() or MapMessage.getFormattedMessage(new String[]{"JSON"}). * The application logs a MapMessage that contains an attacker-controlled floating-point value. An attacker who can supply a non-finite value can cause the affected layout to emit malformed JSON, which may corrupt the enclosing log record or disrupt downstream log ingestion and parsing. Users are advised to upgrade to Apache Log4j API 2.25.5 or 2.26.1, both of which emit RFC 8259-compliant JSON for non-finite values.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-85999
DESCRIPTION:   Soup Sieve is a CSS selector library designed to be used with Beautiful Soup 4. Prior to 2.9, selector_iter in src/soupsieve/css_parser.py trims the raw selector with RE_WS_END, an end-anchored WSC whitespace-and-comment expression used with search(), so the regular expression engine retries a greedy scan at every starting offset. An attacker-controlled valid selector containing a long internal whitespace run, or a selector containing a long CSS comment run followed by another token, causes quadratic CPU work before tokenization. User-controlled selectors can reach the path through soupsieve.compile() and BeautifulSoup.select(), while applications using only hard-coded selectors are unaffected. This root cause is separate from the IDENTIFIER and VALUE backtracking vulnerability because the cost occurs in RE_WS_END.search during trimming rather than token matching. The resulting CPU consumption can hold the Python GIL, exhaust workers, and stall a service without causing memory corruption or code execution. The issue is fixed in version 2.9.
CWE:   CWE-400: Uncontrolled Resource Consumption

CVEID:   CVE-2026-88038
DESCRIPTION:   cookies is a Node.js library for reading and writing HTTP cookies, used by Koa via ctx.cookies. In versions before 0.9.2 the library validates the cookie name and value against character sets that reject the semicolon separator, but the domain and path options are checked only against a permissive RFC 7230 field-content matcher that allows semicolons, and both are written into the Set-Cookie header unescaped. An application that passes untrusted or request-derived data into the domain or path option can therefore inject additional cookie attributes, overriding SameSite, Secure, HttpOnly, or Domain on the cookies the application issues. This is a Set-Cookie attribute injection issue (CWE-74). The issue is fixed in cookies 0.9.2, which validates domain and path against RFC 6265 character sets. As a workaround, keep domain and path application-set rather than derived from untrusted input.
CWE:   CWE-74: Improper Neutralization of Special Elements in Output Used by a Downstream Component ('Injection')

CVEID:   CVE-2026-40345
DESCRIPTION:   deepmerge-ts is a typescript library providing functionality to deep merging of javascript objects. Prior to 8.0.0, the deepmerge, deepmergeCustom, deepmergeInto, and deepmergeIntoCustom APIs do not track visited objects or object pairs when recursively merging records. When two input values contain self-references at the same property path, the merge logic repeatedly revisits the same pair until Node.js raises RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded. Applications that merge attacker-controlled recursive object graphs can synchronously crash the affected process or cause repeated worker restarts. Plain JSON input alone cannot create the recursive graph required to trigger the issue. This issue is fixed in version 8.0.0.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-77037
DESCRIPTION:   multer is a middleware for handling multipart/form-data in Node.js. In version 2.2.0, when a disk-backed upload is aborted or truncated before the write stream finishes, multer's disk storage engine removes the visible file but does not close the underlying write file descriptor, leaving a deleted but still open descriptor. A remote attacker able to reach an upload route using the built-in disk storage can send repeated aborted or malformed multipart uploads, each one leaking a file descriptor and retaining disk blocks until the process exits, which can exhaust resources and cause a denial of service. The issue is fixed in multer 2.3.0, which closes the destination write stream on abnormal source termination and defers cleanup until the stream has closed. Upgrade to multer 2.3.0 to remediate.
CWE:   CWE-400: Uncontrolled Resource Consumption
CVSS Source:   openjs
CVSS Base score:   7.5
CVSS Vector:   (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H)

CVEID:   CVE-2026-77063
DESCRIPTION:   multer is a middleware for handling multipart/form-data in Node.js. When an application uses an asynchronous fileFilter together with the fileSize limit, a race condition in multer's file stream handling can allow a file that exceeds the configured size limit to bypass the size-limit rejection. All versions before 2.3.0 are affected. The impact is limited because the underlying multipart parser still truncates the stream at the size limit, so this is a bypass of the limit rejection rather than uncontrolled resource consumption. The issue is fixed in multer 2.3.0. Upgrade to multer 2.3.0 to remediate.
CWE:   CWE-362: Concurrent Execution using Shared Resource with Improper Synchronization ('Race Condition')
CVSS Source:   openjs
CVSS Base score:   3.7
CVSS Vector:   (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:H/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:L/A:N)

CVEID:   CVE-2026-77078
DESCRIPTION:   multer is a middleware for handling multipart/form-data in Node.js. A small multipart request containing two specially crafted text field names can cause an uncaught RangeError (Invalid array length) that terminates the Node.js process. The first field uses a very large numeric array index to allocate a maximum-length sparse array, and a second field then pushes past that length, which throws inside the append-field dependency and is not caught by multer. All versions before 2.3.0 are affected, and the issue is a remotely triggerable denial of service. The issue is fixed in multer 2.3.0. Upgrade to multer 2.3.0 to remediate.
CWE:   CWE-248: Uncaught Exception
CVSS Source:   openjs
CVSS Base score:   7.5
CVSS Vector:   (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:N/A:H)

CVEID:   CVE-2026-82333
DESCRIPTION:   multer is a middleware for handling multipart/form-data in Node.js. A small multipart request with two specially crafted text field names can make multer's field parser synchronously iterate a maximum-length sparse array, blocking the event loop so the process cannot handle other requests. A large numeric array index in the first field allocates a maximum-length sparse array, and a second field with a non-numeric key then triggers a full-length iteration inside the append-field dependency. All versions before 2.3.0 are affected, and this is a remotely triggerable denial of service. multer 2.3.0 adds an opt-in fieldArrayIndexLimit option that rejects oversized array indexes. Upgrade to multer 2.3.0 and set limits.fieldArrayIndexLimit to the largest array index your application needs to remediate.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-104874
DESCRIPTION:   Multidict is an implementation of a multidict data structure. From 6.7.0 until 6.9.1, the C extension's items-view reflected union operation, operand | d.items(), in multidict_itemsview_or2_impl and subtraction operation, d.items() - operand, in multidict_itemsview_sub1_impl fail to release new key-identity and value references returned for each operand element. Applications that perform these operations over attacker-influenced sequences can leak two strong references per element, and garbage collection cannot reclaim them, so repeated operations can cause unbounded process memory growth and denial of service. Forward union, intersection, non-tuple operand elements, and pure-Python builds are not affected by this reference leak. This issue is fixed in version 6.9.1.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-84369
DESCRIPTION:   SVGO, short for SVG Optimizer, is a Node.js library and command-line application for optimizing SVG files. From version 1.0.0 until versions 2.8.4, 3.3.5, and 4.1.0, the opt-in removeScripts plugin, named removeScriptElement in versions 2 and 3 and implemented in plugins/removeScripts.js, removes SVG and XHTML script elements but does not inspect executable HTML content inside SVG foreignObject elements. Event-handler attributes such as onload and onbeforetoggle, srcdoc documents, and executable URLs in the action, data, formaction, href, and src attributes can remain in attacker-controlled SVG input. When an application uses the plugin as its only protection and serves the optimized SVG in an active browser context, the payload can execute script in the viewer's origin, expose data, modify content, or perform actions as the victim. This issue is fixed in versions 2.8.4, 3.3.5, and 4.1.0.
CWE:   CWE-79: Improper Neutralization of Input During Web Page Generation ('Cross-site Scripting')

CVEID:   CVE-2026-84370
DESCRIPTION:   SVGO, short for SVG Optimizer, is a Node.js library and command-line application for optimizing SVG files. From version 1.0.0 until versions 2.8.4, 3.3.5, and 4.1.0, the opt-in removeScripts plugin, named removeScriptElement in versions 2 and 3, incompletely filters executable links in plugins/removeScripts.js and lib/svgo/tools.js. The plugin does not recognize namespace-prefixed SVG anchor elements such as svg:a with href or namespaced *:href values, and it does not remove ASCII tab, line-feed, or carriage-return characters before checking URL schemes. Browsers remove those characters before parsing a scheme, allowing an executable link to pass the plugin's check. When an application processes attacker-controlled SVG input and serves the result in an active browser context, a victim who activates the surviving link can execute script in the SVG's origin, expose data, modify content, or perform actions as the victim. This issue is fixed in versions 2.8.4, 3.3.5, and 4.1.0.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-55235
DESCRIPTION:   langgraph-api implements the LangGraph API for rapid development and testing. Prior to 0.10.0, langgraph-api permits a run or cron to specify a relative webhook target that is delivered through an in-process loopback transport, and the authentication middleware treats that transport as internal without applying the authentication context used for external requests. In deployments that rely on per-user authorization to separate threads and runs, an authenticated user can direct a webhook to the server's own thread and run routes, allowing creation of a run on or modification of another user's thread and limited incorporation of the targeted thread's metadata into the created run record. The affected path requires webhook targets and per-user authorization boundaries; deployments that deliberately re-enable loopback delivery should restrict it to controlled same-process routes because those webhooks remain unauthenticated. This issue is fixed in version 0.10.0.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-45820
DESCRIPTION:   fflate through 0.8.2 is vulnerable to denial of service via an infinite loop in unzipSync(). A crafted ZIP archive with a central directory entry declaring compressed_size=0xFFFFFFFF (ZIP64 sentinel) but missing the required ZIP64 extra field tag 0x0001 causes z64e() to loop indefinitely due to out-of-bounds reads returning undefined, which coerces to 0, keeping the loop condition permanently true.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-75899
DESCRIPTION:   fast-uri is a URI parser for Node.js. It decodes percent escapes in a hostname during parsing and then decodes the parsed hostname a second time during authority recomposition, so a single call to normalize or resolve can turn nested percent-encoded input into a different network destination such as a loopback hostname or address. For example, a doubly encoded host that spells out a loopback name decodes to that live host in one operation, which contradicts RFC 3986 section 2.4 that an implementation must not decode the same string more than once. An application that normalizes or resolves an untrusted HTTP-family URI before outbound routing, redirect validation, or a host-policy check can receive a destination different from the one the original encoded host represented, giving a server-side request forgery and host-policy bypass primitive. This is an incomplete-fix variant of CVE-2026-6322. The affected versions are 2.4.1 up to but not including 2.4.5, 3.1.2 up to but not including 3.1.6, and 4.0.0 up to but not including 4.1.3. The issue is fixed in 2.4.5, 3.1.6, and 4.1.3, which normalize percent escapes once and preserve encoded percent signs. Users should upgrade to a patched version.
CWE:   CWE-174: Double Decoding of the Same Data
CVSS Source:   openjs
CVSS Base score:   7.5
CVSS Vector:   (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:H/A:N)

CVEID:   CVE-2026-75931
DESCRIPTION:   fast-uri is a URI parser for Node.js. It canonicalizes a host to its ASCII form only when the input carries an explicit scheme, so a scheme-relative reference such as a host preceded by two slashes is returned with its host verbatim and no error set. As a result fast-uri's own entry points disagree with each other: parse, resolve, normalize, and equal can yield different hosts for the same input depending only on whether a scheme is written out, and equal can return opposite verdicts for the same pair of hosts. An application that extracts a host with fast-uri to check it against a policy list and then resolves the same reference can make its decision on one host while the destination is another, enabling host confusion and policy bypass. The affected versions are 2.4.2 up to but not including 2.4.5, 3.1.3 up to but not including 3.1.6, and 4.0.1 up to but not including 4.1.3. The issue is fixed in 2.4.5, 3.1.6, and 4.1.3, which canonicalize the host consistently across the resolve path. Users should upgrade to a patched version.
CWE:   CWE-436: Interpretation Conflict
CVSS Source:   openjs
CVSS Base score:   7.5
CVSS Vector:   (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:H/A:N)

CVEID:   CVE-2026-75975
DESCRIPTION:   fast-uri is a URI parser for Node.js. Its custom parser for bracketed IPv6 literals does not validate the complete IPv6 grammar, so invalid trailing text in an authority can be silently discarded and a malformed attacker-controlled host is turned into a different valid IPv6 destination. For example, a bracketed literal with invalid trailing characters is normalized to the unspecified address, which a Node HTTP client then connects to a local service over loopback, and other malformed literals collapse to private-range addresses. No error is set on the parsed result, so an application checking the error field cannot detect the rewrite. An application that normalizes untrusted URLs before outbound requests, redirects, proxy routing, or address-policy enforcement can be redirected to a local or private IPv6 target, giving a server-side request forgery and address-policy bypass primitive. The affected versions are 2.3.1 up to but not including 2.4.5, 3.0.0 up to but not including 3.1.6, and 4.0.0 up to but not including 4.1.3. The issue is fixed in 2.4.5, 3.1.6, and 4.1.3, which validate bracketed IP literals against the full grammar and mark malformed literals as authority errors. Users should upgrade to a patched version.
CWE:   CWE-20: Improper Input Validation
CVSS Source:   openjs
CVSS Base score:   7.5
CVSS Vector:   (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:N/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:H/A:N)

CVEID:   CVE-2026-76172
DESCRIPTION:   fast-uri is a URI parser for Node.js. During parsing it runs a legacy decoding pass over the scheme component and never re-escapes the result, and serialization writes the scheme back out verbatim, unlike the host component which is re-escaped. As a result an input whose scheme carries percent-encoded slashes parses as a scheme with no authority, so the parsed host and error are both undefined, yet resolving or normalizing that same input emits a network-path reference whose authority is attacker-chosen and re-parses to that host. An application that allowlists on the parsed host, or treats a reference with no authority as safe to resolve against its base, gets the opposite of what it checked, giving an off-site redirect, server-side request forgery, or address-policy bypass. The legacy decoder also expands non-standard escape forms, widening the issue past upstream filters, and control characters in the scheme can reach the output as raw carriage return and line feed. The affected versions are 2.3.1 up to but not including 2.4.5, 3.0.0 up to but not including 3.1.6, and 4.0.0 up to but not including 4.1.3. The issue is fixed in 2.4.5, 3.1.6, and 4.1.3, which reject a scheme that is not valid after decoding. Users should upgrade to a patched version.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-93981
DESCRIPTION:   hono before 4.13.7 fails to HTML-escape plain strings rendered by hono/jsx as a child or fallback of Suspense, as a string child of ErrorBoundary alongside an asynchronous sibling, as the single child of a Context.Provider, or as the root value passed to renderToString() or renderToReadableStream() from hono/jsx/dom/server. These paths stringify their input and treat the result as already-escaped markup, so an attacker who controls such a string during server-side rendering can inject arbitrary HTML and execute script under the application's origin.

DESCRIPTION:   Velero is an open source tool for backing up, restoring, and migrating Kubernetes cluster resources and persistent volumes. Prior to 1.18.1, an attacker who compromises the backup object-storage backend can upload a malicious backup tarball containing parent-directory paths that escape the extraction directory during restore and overwrite sensitive files in the Velero pod filesystem. This issue is fixed in version 1.18.1.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-104851
DESCRIPTION:   fsspec is a specification and Python implementation framework for filesystem interfaces. From 0.9.0 until 2026.6.0, fsspec.implementations.reference.ReferenceFileSystem evaluates fields from Kerchunk reference JSON documents through unrestricted jinja2.Template(...).render(...) calls in _process_references1._render_jinja, _process_templates, and _process_gen in fsspec/implementations/reference.py. A document supplied inline or fetched from an attacker-controlled URL can provide template expressions that execute Python code when the reference filesystem is opened, including through consumers such as xarray, before referenced data is read. The _process_gen path is reached whenever a document includes a gen array, while the other paths depend on template-related options and values. This issue is fixed in version 2026.6.0.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-82853
DESCRIPTION:   Nodemailer versions before 8.0.5 contain an SMTP command injection vulnerability in the transport name option used in EHLO/HELO commands. The name parameter is concatenated directly into SMTP commands without sanitizing carriage return and line feed characters, allowing attackers to inject arbitrary SMTP commands for email spoofing and phishing attacks.

CVSS Base score:   4.9
CVSS Vector:   (CVSS:3.1/AV:N/AC:L/PR:H/UI:N/S:U/C:N/I:H/A:N)

CVEID:   CVE-2026-82854
DESCRIPTION:   Nodemailer before 8.0.4 is vulnerable to SMTP command injection through the unsanitized envelope.size parameter. When an application passes a custom envelope object with a size property containing CRLF characters to sendMail(), the value is concatenated into the SMTP MAIL FROM command (as SIZE=...) without sanitization, allowing injection of arbitrary SMTP commands such as RCPT TO to silently add attacker-controlled recipients. Exploitation requires the application to expose the envelope size to attacker-controlled input, as Nodemailer does not include size in the default auto-constructed envelope.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-83605
DESCRIPTION:   xmldom is a pure JavaScript W3C standard-based (XML DOM Level 2 Core) DOMParser and XMLSerializer module. Prior to @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.14 and 0.9.11, and in xmldom version 0.6.0 and earlier, Element.setAttribute() calls the private _createAttribute(name) path without validating the attribute name, while Document.createAttribute(name) validates against QName. XMLSerializer.serializeToString() emits attribute names verbatim, and requireWellFormed: true did not validate them, so a crafted name can terminate the intended attribute and inject additional attributes, including event handlers, into browser-consumed output; synthesized xmlns:PREFIX declarations expose the same unchecked-name boundary. This issue is fixed in @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.14 and 0.9.11; no fixed version is available for xmldom.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-83606
DESCRIPTION:   xmldom is a pure JavaScript W3C standard-based (XML DOM Level 2 Core) DOMParser and XMLSerializer module. From 0.9.0-beta.9 until 0.9.11, the processing-instruction production in lib/grammar.js lets the greedy S+ separator and lazy Char*? data group repeatedly repartition a long whitespace tail when the required closing ? is absent. Both parsePI and parseProcessingInstruction apply the expression to the entire remaining source, causing quadratic backtracking during DOMParser.parseFromString() under default options and allowing a small unauthenticated XML input to stall the Node.js event loop. This issue is fixed in @xmldom/xmldom version 0.9.11.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-83607
DESCRIPTION:   xmldom is a pure JavaScript W3C standard-based (XML DOM Level 2 Core) DOMParser and XMLSerializer module. Prior to @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.14 and 0.9.11, and in xmldom version 0.6.0 and earlier, Document.createElement(tagName) stores an unvalidated element name and XMLSerializer.serializeToString() emits that name verbatim. The requireWellFormed: true path did not validate the element qualified name or synthesized xmlns:PREFIX declaration, so attacker-controlled tag names could inject attributes, elements, or processing instructions into serialized XML or HTML and could cause cross-site scripting when browser-consumed. The unchecked values violate the XML QName constraint, and default serialization and creation-time createElement() behavior remain permissive. This issue is fixed in @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.14 and 0.9.11; no fixed version is available for xmldom.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-83608
DESCRIPTION:   xmldom is a pure JavaScript W3C standard-based (XML DOM Level 2 Core) DOMParser and XMLSerializer module. Prior to @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.15 and 0.9.12, and in xmldom version 0.6.0 and earlier, the DOCUMENT_TYPE_NODE branch in lib/dom.js validates publicId, systemId, and internalSubset under requireWellFormed: true but emits DocumentType.name verbatim. A name containing or whitespace can terminate the !DOCTYPE ... declaration and inject sibling markup; the value can be supplied through createDocumentType() on the 0.8.x and unscoped lines or through a direct DocumentType.name property write on every affected line. The default path and legacy creation-time behavior remain permissive, while the vulnerable strict path fails to enforce an XML Name. This issue is fixed in @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.15 and 0.9.12; no fixed version is available for xmldom.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-83609
DESCRIPTION:   xmldom is a pure JavaScript W3C standard-based (XML DOM Level 2 Core) DOMParser and XMLSerializer module. From 0.9.0 until 0.9.12, the shared reg() builder in lib/grammar.js compiles the anchored QName_exact validator with the multiline flag, so ^ and $ validate only one line instead of the complete name. createElementNS, createAttributeNS, createDocumentType, and createAttribute consequently accept a malformed XML name whose first line is valid and whose later text injects markup when serialized through either the default path or requireWellFormed: true. The triggering ECMAScript line terminators are U+000A, U+000D, U+2028, and U+2029. This issue is fixed in @xmldom/xmldom version 0.9.12.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-83610
DESCRIPTION:   xmldom is a pure JavaScript W3C standard-based (XML DOM Level 2 Core) DOMParser and XMLSerializer module. Prior to @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.15 and 0.9.12, and in xmldom version 0.6.0 and earlier, Document.createEntityReference(name) accepts an invalid name and the ENTITY_REFERENCE_NODE serializer emits the resulting nodeName directly in &name; form. Directly serializing the node or fragment with XMLSerializer.serializeToString() and requireWellFormed: true can therefore break the entity-reference boundary and produce attacker-controlled XML markup when reparsed. The parser does not ordinarily create these nodes, and element-child insertion is rejected, so exploitation requires an application to create and directly serialize an EntityReference. This issue is fixed in @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.15 and 0.9.12; no fixed version is available for xmldom.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-83611
DESCRIPTION:   xmldom is a pure JavaScript W3C standard-based (XML DOM Level 2 Core) DOMParser and XMLSerializer module. Prior to @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.15 and 0.9.12, and in xmldom version 0.6.0 and earlier, DOMParser.parseFromString() can silently accept an end tag such as /a\njunk, close the element, and discard the trailing content. On 0.9.x, the lib/sax.js end-tag validator inherits the multiline flag from reg(), allowing the first line to satisfy the anchored XML ETag production; older lines have no equivalent residue validation. This parser differential can bypass a parse-before-trust well-formedness gate, although it does not inject the discarded content; onError on 0.9.x and errorHandler on 0.8.x are the relevant reporting interfaces. This issue is fixed in @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.15 and 0.9.12; no fixed version is available for xmldom.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-83612
DESCRIPTION:   xmldom is a pure JavaScript W3C standard-based (XML DOM Level 2 Core) DOMParser and XMLSerializer module. From 0.9.0-beta.1 until 0.9.12, HTML-mode parsing through DOMParser.parseFromString() mishandles a mixed-case closing tag for the script, style, textarea, or title raw-text elements. parseHtmlSpecialContent, selected by isHTMLRawTextElement or isHTMLEscapableRawTextElement, uses a case-sensitive indexOf() and then calls substring() with a missing-close result of negative one, causing unstable parser progression and quadratic output amplification. A small untrusted text/html document can consequently consume disproportionate CPU and memory when parsed and serialized. This issue is fixed in @xmldom/xmldom version 0.9.12.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-83613
DESCRIPTION:   xmldom is a pure JavaScript W3C standard-based (XML DOM Level 2 Core) DOMParser and XMLSerializer module. Prior to @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.15 and 0.9.12, and in xmldom version 0.6.0 and earlier, DOMHandler.startElement in lib/dom-parser.js inserts every parsed attribute through setAttributeNode, while NamedNodeMap.setNamedItem in lib/dom.js calls the linear getNamedItem or getNamedItemNS lookup for each insertion. A well-formed element with many distinct attributes therefore requires quadratic comparisons during DOMParser.parseFromString() and can stall a Node.js event loop before application validation. This issue is fixed in @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.15 and 0.9.12; no fixed version is available for xmldom.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-83614
DESCRIPTION:   xmldom is a pure JavaScript W3C standard-based (XML DOM Level 2 Core) DOMParser and XMLSerializer module. Prior to @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.15 and 0.9.12, and in xmldom versions 0.3.0 through 0.6.0, two independent quadratic paths can cause denial of service. In lib/sax.js, parseElementStartPart repeatedly rescans a malformed tag name to the next during single-character recovery; in lib/dom.js, normalize() repeatedly removes and appends adjacent text nodes, causing quadratic reindexing and string rebuilding. The first path is reachable through default DOMParser.parseFromString() processing, while the second is also reachable through a direct normalize() call on a programmatically constructed DOM, and endDocument invokes that normalization after parsing. This issue is fixed in @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.15 and 0.9.12; no fixed version is available for xmldom.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-83615
DESCRIPTION:   xmldom is a pure JavaScript W3C standard-based (XML DOM Level 2 Core) DOMParser and XMLSerializer module. Prior to @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.15 and 0.9.12, and in xmldom versions 0.1.5 through 0.6.0, appendElement in lib/sax.js uses _copy to clone the complete currentNSMap for each nested element that declares a new namespace prefix. Keeping every ancestor map live on the parse stack creates quadratic peak namespace-map storage, so a small highly compressible XML document can exhaust the process heap before application validation. This issue is fixed in @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.15 and 0.9.12; no fixed version is available for xmldom.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-83616
DESCRIPTION:   xmldom is a pure JavaScript W3C standard-based (XML DOM Level 2 Core) DOMParser and XMLSerializer module. Prior to @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.15 and 0.9.12, and in xmldom version 0.6.0 and earlier, Document.createProcessingInstruction(target, data) in lib/dom.js accepts an unvalidated target, while the requireWellFormed: true serializer checks only for a colon and the reserved case-insensitive xml name on 0.9.x and performs no target check on 0.8.x. Because serialization emits ?target data?, a target containing , ?, whitespace, or another invalid XML-name character can break the processing-instruction boundary and inject XML structure. This issue is fixed in @xmldom/xmldom versions 0.8.15 and 0.9.12; no fixed version is available for xmldom.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-83618
DESCRIPTION:   xmldom is a pure JavaScript W3C standard-based (XML DOM Level 2 Core) DOMParser and XMLSerializer module. From 0.9.10 until 0.9.12, the requireWellFormed: true serializer validates DocumentType.publicId and DocumentType.systemId with PubidLiteral_match and SystemLiteral_match expressions produced by reg() in lib/grammar.js, which inherit the multiline flag. A complete valid literal on the first line can therefore satisfy the matcher while U+000A, U+000D, U+2028, or U+2029 and breakout markup remain in the emitted !DOCTYPE ... declaration. This bypasses the strict-serialization mitigation for the earlier DocumentType injection advisory; creation and direct property assignment remain unvalidated by design. This issue is fixed in @xmldom/xmldom version 0.9.12.

DESCRIPTION:   multer is a Node.js middleware for handling multipart/form-data uploads. In versions 2.2.0 through 2.3.0, when a request using disk storage is aborted mid-upload, file writes that complete after multer has already run its abort cleanup are not removed, so each aborted upload can leave an orphaned file on disk. A remote unauthenticated attacker can repeatedly start and abort uploads to accumulate orphaned files and exhaust disk space, causing a denial of service. The issue is fixed in multer 2.4.0, and users should upgrade to 2.4.0 or later.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-80047
DESCRIPTION:   A vulnerability in Hugging Face Transformers (versions 4.57.0 to 5.16.1) allows remote Python files to be written to local disk without user consent when using GenerativePreTrainedModel.load_custom_generate(). The function fetches and caches a remote module file before performing the required trust_remote_code consent check, inverting the security model enforced by other code-loading paths (such as AutoConfig, AutoModel, and AutoTokenizer). As a result, attacker‑controlled Python code from custom_generate/generate.py is copied into the user’s ~/.cache/huggingface/modules directory even if the user declines the trust prompt. Although execution is correctly gated, the file write is not reversible and can persist across sessions. This can lead to persistent, unauthorized files on disk and stale cache collisions where cached attacker code may later be executed during trusted model loads. The issue stems from an unconditional file write in dynamic_module_utils.py prior to any trust verification.

DESCRIPTION:   LangGraph Python SDK is used to connect to running LangGraph API servers, manage assistants, threads and stream runs from Python applications. From 0.1.45 until 0.4.4, the langgraph-sdk resource-scoped authorization decorators @auth.on.threads, @auth.on.assistants, and @auth.on.crons ignore the actions argument and register the selected handler for every action on the resource. Because that wildcard resource handler is selected before broader fallback handlers, an authenticated user may bypass fallback action, ownership, or permission checks and read, update, or delete another user's resource. Only Python deployments using actions on the affected decorators are vulnerable, and a deployment remains protected when the selected handler independently enforces all required checks for every action it receives. This issue is fixed in version 0.4.4.

DESCRIPTION:   AnyIO is a high level asynchronous concurrency and networking framework that works on top of either Trio or asyncio. Prior to 4.14.2, AnyIO starts process-pool workers with standard error connected to a pipe that the parent never drains, even though the documented behavior redirects all three standard streams. Worker code that writes enough attacker-influenced data to sys.stderr can fill the pipe and block before returning the standard-output protocol response, causing the awaiting process-pool call to remain blocked indefinitely. Applications that run untrusted or faulty worker code capable of producing substantial standard-error output are affected. This issue is fixed in version 4.14.2.

DESCRIPTION:   AnyIO is a high level asynchronous concurrency and networking framework that works on top of either Trio or asyncio. In 4.14.0, AnyIO accepts the POSIX extra_groups argument in anyio.run_process() and anyio.open_process(), but open_process() forwards the group argument to the backend instead of extra_groups. A caller that supplies extra_groups=[] to clear inherited supplementary groups can therefore launch a child that retains the parent process groups, undermining a privilege-dropping boundary. If group is also supplied, the integer group value is passed where an iterable of supplementary groups is expected and the launch can fail with TypeError. This issue affects POSIX applications that rely on AnyIO subprocess helpers to launch less-privileged child processes. This issue is fixed in version 4.14.2.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-39244
DESCRIPTION:   adm-zip before 0.5.18 is vulnerable to denial of service via a crafted ZIP file with a manipulated uncompressed size header field. In zipEntry.js line 103, Buffer.alloc(_centralHeader.size) allocates memory based on the declared uncompressed size from the ZIP central directory header without validating it against the actual compressed data size or imposing any upper bound. The size value is read directly from the binary header at entryHeader.js line 266 with no bounds check. An attacker can craft a ~120-byte ZIP file that declares ~4GB uncompressed size, causing a memory allocation amplification ratio of over 33 million to 1. The allocation occurs before CRC validation, so the malicious payload cannot be rejected early. All extraction and read methods are affected: readFile(), readAsText(), extractEntryTo(), extractAllTo(), extractAllToAsync(), test(), and entry.getData(). Any application accepting untrusted ZIP files via adm-zip is vulnerable to immediate process crash.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-84292
DESCRIPTION:   fast-uri serializes the port component of a URI without validating it. When recomposing the authority, the userinfo and host components are escaped but the port is concatenated verbatim, so a port value that is not a sequence of digits can inject authority delimiters, demoting the intended host to userinfo and pointing the authority at an attacker-controlled host. Both fast-uri and Node's URL read the result back as the attacker's host with no error, so re-validating the built URI does not catch it. This affects applications that build URIs from parts and assign untrusted data to the port component through the serialize, normalize, or equal functions in their object forms. The issue affects fast-uri versions before 2.4.6, from 3.0.0 before 3.1.7, and from 4.0.0 before 4.1.4. It is fixed in 2.4.6, 3.1.7, and 4.1.4, where recomposeAuthority rejects any port that is not a digit sequence per RFC 3986.

DESCRIPTION:   xmldom is a pure JavaScript W3C standard-based (XML DOM Level 2 Core) DOMParser and XMLSerializer module. From 0.9.11 until 0.9.12, the requireWellFormed: true element and attribute name checks use the anchored QName_exact expression produced by reg() in lib/grammar.js, which inherits the multiline flag. A name with a valid first line followed by U+000A, U+000D, U+2028, or U+2029 and breakout markup therefore passes validation and is emitted verbatim in element start and end tags or attribute names. This bypasses the strict-serialization checks introduced for the earlier element-name and attribute-name injection advisories, while the default serialization path remains outside the strict guarantee. This issue is fixed in @xmldom/xmldom version 0.9.12.

DESCRIPTION:   LangSmith Client SDKs provide SDK's for interacting with the LangSmith platform. Prior to 0.8.18, an attacker who can send an HTTP request to a server running the LangSmith SDK's TracingMiddleware can cause that server to read an arbitrary file from its local filesystem and upload the contents to LangSmith as a trace attachment. Depending on how the distributed trace system is deployed, triggering a read may not require authentication. Retrieving the contents requires read access to the LangSmith workspace the traces are sent to. The net effect is a trust-boundary crossing: a party with workspace trace-read access (for example a low-privilege workspace member, a contractor, or a compromised teammate account) gains the ability to read files from any server running TracingMiddleware, a capability outside that workspace's intended trust boundary. This vulnerability is fixed in 0.8.18.

DESCRIPTION:   Soup Sieve is a CSS selector library designed to be used with Beautiful Soup 4. Prior to 2.9, the selector parser in src/soupsieve/css_parser.py defines IDENTIFIER with adjacent quantified groups over overlapping character classes, and VALUE embeds IDENTIFIER for attribute selectors. When an attacker-controlled selector contains a long identifier or unquoted attribute-value run followed by input that makes the overall match fail, the regular expression engine explores quadratically many splits between the overlapping groups. User-controlled selectors can reach this path through soupsieve.compile(), soupsieve.select(), or BeautifulSoup.select(), while applications using only hard-coded selectors are unaffected. The resulting CPU consumption can hold the Python GIL, exhaust application workers, and stall a service; successful plain identifier matches are linear, and the issue does not cause memory corruption or code execution. The issue is fixed in version 2.9.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-84363
DESCRIPTION:   Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. Prior to 4.13.5, Hono's query helpers treat a question mark after a literal hash fragment as the start of a query string, so the application can read request parameters that browsers, new URL(), reverse proxies, filtering rules, parameter allow and deny lists, access logging, request validation, and other middleware do not observe. The Cache Middleware removes the fragment when building its cache key, allowing a response influenced by parameters inside the fragment to be stored under a key that omits those parameters and later served to other users. This can bypass filtering and auditing, poison cached responses, and enable stored cross-site scripting when an affected parameter is reflected into cached HTML without escaping. Exploitation requires a runtime and intermediary path that passes a literal hash character through to the request URL; Cloudflare Workers and intermediaries that strip fragments are not affected. This issue is fixed in version 4.13.5.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-84364
DESCRIPTION:   Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. Prior to 4.13.5, when parseBody() expands dot-separated form field names into nested objects with dot-notation parsing enabled, it does not limit the nesting depth or the total number of intermediate objects created. Empty segments are preserved, so one deeply dotted field name can encode one nesting level per byte, while a large number of shallowly dotted fields can create the same amplification across a request. A request body within a normal size limit can therefore allocate an object graph far larger than the request after the body has already been accepted. An unauthenticated attacker who can reach an affected endpoint can send concurrent requests that exhaust the JavaScript heap, terminate the server process, and leave the service unavailable until restart. Dot-notation parsing is not enabled by default, and applications using the default behavior are not affected. This issue is fixed in version 4.13.5.

CVEID:   CVE-2026-84365
DESCRIPTION:   Hono is a Web application framework that provides support for any JavaScript runtime. From 4.12.12 until 4.13.5, the fix released for CVE-2026-39408 does not cover every traversal sequence, and toSSG() can still write files outside the configured output directory when a route parameter contains consecutive parent-directory segments. Static site generation builds each output path from the route path and values supplied through ssgParams, then verifies that the result stays inside the output directory using the same normalization routine that built the path. That routine does not fully collapse runs of consecutive parent-directory segments, allowing a path that the check accepts to resolve outside the output directory, and the check also treats output directories that differ in how they are rooted as equivalent. This arises when an application generates a static site from route parameter values it does not fully control, such as slugs from a CMS, API, or user submission. An untrusted ssgParams value can create or overwrite files elsewhere in the build environment and alter generated artifacts or deployment output. The vulnerability affects build-time static site generation only; request-time routing and applications with entirely developer-controlled ssgParams values are not affected. This issue is fixed in version 4.13.5.

DESCRIPTION:   pydantic-settings provides settings management using Pydantic. From 2.12.0 until 2.14.2, NestedSecretsSettingsSource reads secret values from files in a configured secrets_dir. When secrets_nested_subdir=True, a directory entry inside secrets_dir that is a symbolic link pointing outside secrets_dir is followed, so files outside the configured directory are read into settings values. The same code path bypasses the documented secrets_dir_max_size protection. An attacker or lower-privileged component able to influence entries in the configured secrets directory (for example, a writable or shared secrets mount) can turn this into an unintended local file read into settings and can defeat the advertised loading-size cap. This vulnerability is fixed in 2.14.2.

DOMParser.parseFromString() reaches the path under default options, allowing a small unauthenticated XML input to stall the Node.js event loop; the 0.9.x and unscoped npm lines do not contain this expression. DESCRIPTION:   langgraph-api implements the LangGraph API for rapid development and testing. Prior to 0.10.0, the langgraph-api run-creation path authorizes the assistant attached to a run by dispatching assistants.search with an incomplete value instead of the assistants.read event used by direct reads and cron creation. In deployments with custom resource handlers that register only assistants.read, omit an assistants.search handler, and have no global fallback handler, no applicable handler supplies an owner filter, allowing a low-privileged user to reference another user's private assistant through POST /runs or POST /threads/{thread_id}/runs. The run-creation response can disclose the private assistant's metadata, config, and context, and the run can execute using that assistant's configuration. Deployments without custom authorization handlers, or with an equivalent owner filter applied through a global handler or across all assistant events, are not affected. One of the regular expressions the rule applies to the input is unanchored, so a valid ISO date followed by a long run of fractional-second digits causes the regex engine to restart its search from every position in the string, yielding time proportional to the square of the input length (about 1.4 s for 64 KB of digits and about 22 s for 256 KB). A remote attacker who can supply a string to an isoDate validation can stall the application with a single request. DESCRIPTION:   Nodemailer exposes disableFileAccess and disableUrlAccess so an application that passes
untrusted message data to the library can forbid that data from reading local files or
fetching URLs. Every attachment, alternative, html/text/watchHtml/amp and icalEvent
content node honors these flags. The message-level raw option does not.

MailComposer.compile() builds the root MIME node for a raw message without threading the
two flags, so a raw: { path: '/etc/passwd' } or raw: { href: 'http://169.254.169.254/…' }
message is read / fetched anyway, and the file or HTTP-response bytes become the actual
message that is sent by every transport (SMTP, SES, sendmail, stream, JSON). An actor whose
input the application intended to sandbox therefore obtains arbitrary local-file disclosure and
a full-response SSRF primitive, delivered to a recipient the same actor can choose.

This is the same vulnerability class as the already-published jsonTransport advisory
GHSA-wqvq-jvpq-h66f, but a distinct code path (raw root node, not normalize()), and
strictly higher impact: the jsonTransport bug only affected the locally-returned JSON, whereas
this affects the delivered RFC822 message for all transports.

DESCRIPTION:   Nodemailer's address parser (lib/addressparser/index.js) parses a list of comma‑separated addresses in quadratic time — O(n²) in the number of addresses. A single crafted address string (e.g. a To, Cc, Bcc, From, or Reply‑To value, or any value passed to the exported addressparser) therefore consumes CPU proportional to the square of its length and blocks Node's single‑threaded event loop for the entire duration, denying service to every other request in the process.

This requires no special application configuration and no cooperating receiver — it is entirely inside the parser and triggers on the library's default code path. A ~1.5 MB address value freezes the process for ~25–30 seconds of 100% CPU; the cost grows with the square of the input, so a few‑MB value stalls the server for minutes. It is a distinct issue from the recursion DoS fixed as CVE‑2025‑14874 (that path is guarded by a nesting‑depth cap; this one is a flat, comma‑separated list with no such limit).

DESCRIPTION:   Nodemailer's disableFileAccess / disableUrlAccess options are a security sandbox that lets an application forbid untrusted message content (html/text/attachment path/href) from reading local files or making outbound HTTP(S) requests. The fix for GHSA-wqvq-jvpq-h66f (commit 5f69497) threaded these flags through the library's internal resolution paths (MailMessage.resolveAll() and _convertDataImages()), but the public plugin API MailMessage.resolveContent(...args) (lib/mailer/mail-message.js:41-43) remains a raw passthrough to shared.resolveContent().

When called with the documented legacy signature mail.resolveContent(data, key, callback), shared.resolveContent normalizes the missing options argument to an empty object (options = options || {}, lib/shared/index.js:530). The message-level flags that the MailMessage constructor already copied into mail.data (lib/mailer/mail-message.js:34-38) are silently discarded, so resolveContentValue skips both access-control guards and reaches nmfetch(url) (SSRF, lib/shared/index.js:588) or fs.createReadStream(path) (arbitrary file read, lib/shared/index.js:597).

A plugin or application code that resolves message content through the documented API (the same API the library's own _convertDataImages uses, threading the flags explicitly) thereby bypasses the sandbox an application deliberately enabled.

DESCRIPTION:   Nodemailer's email-address parser treats an RFC 5322 comment ( ... ) inside the domain as a point to concatenate the surrounding text, rather than as folding whitespace (CFWS) that terminates the domain. Consequently a recipient address such as user@good-corp.com(x)evil.com is parsed and delivered to good-corp.comevil.com (registrable domain comevil.com, attacker‑controlled), while a conformant RFC 5322 parser terminates the domain at the comment and reads good-corp.com.

An application that decides whether it is allowed to email a recipient by parsing/validating the recipient's domain — with a strict RFC 5322 parser (used without inspecting parse defects) or with a naive prefix/substring allow‑list — and then hands the raw address to Nodemailer for delivery, can be induced to send mail to a domain the attacker controls. This is an Interpretation Conflict (CWE‑436), the same class as CVE‑2025‑13033, reached through the RFC 5322 comment construct (the "Comments" technique in PortSwigger's Splitting the email atom research, which produced a Postfix fix).

Severity is Moderate: exploitation requires the app's domain check to disagree with Nodemailer (see Impact for exactly which parsers do and do not). Verified end‑to‑end against a real RFC 5321 SMTP server (nodemailer 9.0.6 → aiosmtpd).

DESCRIPTION:   Nodemailer resolves an international (IDN / non-ASCII) recipient domain to a different Punycode xn-- label than every UTS‑46‑conformant parser (web browsers, the WHATWG URL Standard, Node's url.domainToASCII, Python's idna). Its address normalizer (_normalizeAddress in lib/mime-node/index.js) uses the bundled raw RFC‑3492 Punycode codec with no UTS‑46 mapping/normalization, so a domain that a standards‑compliant validator maps to a trusted domain is delivered by Nodemailer to a different, attacker‑registrable domain.

An application that applies a domain allow‑list / same‑domain check to a recipient using a normal IDN‑aware parser (or that shows the normalized recipient to a user for confirmation) and then relies on Nodemailer to deliver to that domain can be induced to send email to an unintended external domain. This is the same weakness class as CVE‑2025‑13033 (Interpretation Conflict, CWE‑436) but reached through IDN/Punycode rather than quoted local‑parts, and it is not addressed by the 7.0.7 fix.

Because the mismatch can be triggered with an invisible character (U+00AD SOFT HYPHEN) that UTS‑46 folds away to the exact trusted domain string, no visible look‑alike/homograph is required.

DESCRIPTION:   resolveYamlOmap() enforces key uniqueness for !!omap sequences with a linear
scan (objectKeys.indexOf(...)) inside the per-element loop, making resolution
O(n²) in the number of entries. A modestly sized YAML document therefore
consumes disproportionate CPU inside yaml.load(), giving a denial of service
against any consumer that parses untrusted YAML.

!!omap is registered in the default schema
(lib/schema/default.js → require('../type/omap')), so a plain
yaml.load(untrustedInput) with no options is affected — no custom schema or
non-default configuration is required.

This is the same weakness as CVE-2026-59870 / GHSA-724g-mxrg-4qvm, which was
fixed in the 5.x line in 5.2.1. That fix was never backported: both currently
maintained legacy lines still carry the original implementation.

Affected versions

LineLatest testedStatus
3.x3.15.0Affected — objectKeys.indexOf(pairKey) at lib/type/omap.js:29
4.x4.3.0Affected — objectKeys.indexOf(pairKey) at lib/type/omap.js:30
5.x5.2.2Not affected — fixed in 5.2.1 (uses a Set)

Both figures are the newest release of each line at the time of writing, so
this is not a "you are on an old version" issue.

DESCRIPTION:   gorilla/websocket used math/rand (cryptographically weak pseudo-random number generator) to generate WebSocket frame mask keys prior to commit d67f4185. WebSocket masking keys MUST be unpredictable to prevent frame content injection attacks. math/rand produces deterministic output when seeded with a known value, enabling an attacker to predict or recover mask keys and inject content into WebSocket connections.

DESCRIPTION:   Versions of i18next-http-backend prior to 3.0.5 interpolate the lng and ns values directly into the configured loadPath / addPath URL template without any encoding, validation, or path sanitisation. When an application exposes the language-code selection to user-controlled input (the default — i18next-browser-languagedetector reads ?lng= query params, cookies, localStorage, and request headers), an attacker can inject characters that change the structure of the outgoing request URL.

Affected call sites:

  • _readAny — lib/index.js:64: interpolate(resolvedLoadPath, { lng: languages.join('+'), ns: namespaces.join('+') })
  • create — lib/index.js:123 (pre-patch): interpolate(addPath, { lng, ns: namespace })

The helper interpolate (lib/utils.js) previously returned the raw value with no encoding. In contrast, addQueryString already correctly uses encodeURIComponent for each query-string param — only the URL-path substitution was unprotected.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ASSESSING THE IMPACT OF ANY ACTUAL OR POTENTIAL SECURITY VULNERABILITY. In addition to other efforts to address potential vulnerabilities, IBM periodically updates the record of components contained in our product offerings. As part of that effort, if IBM identifies previously unidentified packages in a product/service inventory, we address relevant vulnerabilities regardless of CVE date. Inclusion of an older CVEID does not demonstrate that the referenced product has been used by IBM since that date, nor that IBM was aware of a vulnerability as of that date. We are making clients aware of relevant vulnerabilities as we become aware of them. "Affected Products and Versions" referenced in IBM Security Bulletins are intended to be only products and versions that are supported by IBM and have not passed their end-of-support or warranty date. Thus, failure to reference unsupported or extended-support products and versions in this Security Bulletin does not constitute a determination by IBM that they are unaffected by the vulnerability. Reference to one or more unsupported versions in this Security Bulletin shall not create an obligation for IBM to provide fixes for any unsupported or extended-support products or versions.
