Abstract
An upcoming change may cause Cloud Extender instability in MaaS360 M1 environments. To prevent service disruption, upgrade to the latest Cloud Extender installer 3.002.190.007 with the OpenSSL update as soon as possible.

Upgrade Timeline
Starting 1 July 2026, a phased migration begins. Upgrade the Cloud Extender setup now to avoid service disruption.
Upgrade Steps
Check for the upgrade notification in your Cloud Extender. If a Yellow Flag notification is displayed in the menu bar, click the notification and follow the prompts to install the latest update.
Manually install the upgrade if the notification is not available.
- Download the latest Cloud Extender installer from the MaaS360 Portal
Navigate to: Setup > Services > Enterprise Email Integration. - Copy the installer to the server hosting your Cloud Extender.
- Start the upgrade process. Open the installer package to begin the upgrade.
- Follow the installation prompts to finish the upgrade process.
Existing Cloud Extender configuration settings will remain intact. - Verify the upgrade. Confirm the Cloud Extender version in the MaaS360 Portal under Cloud Extender details.
