SC-3 13.x.x App Connect Enterprise Operator Releases in base support

The following table lists all the support details for the SC-3 13.x.x ACEcc release stream. Click the following links for details on other releases:

ACEcc 13.x.x is on an SC-3 Support Lifecycle policy offering 3 years of base support with the option to purchase up to 4 years extended support. To pick up fixes, you must upgrade to the latest Operator & Operand (or custom resource) version. The 3 year fixed window starts from the first release. 

Note: The App Connect Enterprise Agent available as part of ACEcc 13.x.x is on a different lifecycle and is only supported for 1 year until March 2027 with no extended support available. It will be communicated when a new version is available, please see the documentation for support details about the ACE Agent. 

The table below shows the following columns. 

• The IBM App Connect Operator version of ACEcc and the channel on which the Operator is delivered
• The version of the Container Application Software for Enterprises (CASE) bundle that provides metadata and scripts for installing the Operator in air-gapped (offline) networks
• The release date of the Operator
• The IBM Cloud Pak for Integration (CP4I) version on which the Operator can be installed
• The Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (RHOCP) version that is supported for a CP4I or independent installation of the Operator
• The Kubernetes version that is supported for an independent installation of the Operator
• The IBM MQ client image version
• The IBM Cloud Pak foundational services Operator version that is supported for use with the App Connect Operator
• The operand (or custom resource) versions of App Connect Designer, App Connect Dashboard, switch server, integration server, and integration runtime instances, and the channels on which these versions are delivered
