- Case Prioritization from Same Severity Level.
- Work 24 × 7 on sev 2's (when agreed)
- A named Confluent Customer Success Technical Architect (CSTA)
- Advises on architecture and design
- Drives adoption
- Represents customer needs and feedback to Product, Engineering, Support, Services
- Coordinates across Confluent teams to resolve complex issues
