Abstract

This page provides guidance on how to submit support tickets to HashiCorp Support.

If you are an Entitled customer and under a contract, please submit a support case using IBM Support.

If you are a PAYG (Pay as You Go) Customer using credit card as a form of payment, please submit a case using the email HashiPayGO@ibm.com

  • The email should include the following:
    • In the Subject Line include: Summary of request
    • In the Email Body include:
      • 1. HCP Product
      • 2. HCP Product Tier
      • 3. HCP TF Instance URL or HCP Org ID
      • 4. Detailed description of the help needed

If you are a Self-Managed customer and under a contract, please submit a support case using IBM Support.
