If you are an Entitled customer and under a contract, please submit a support case using IBM Support.

If you are a PAYG (Pay as You Go) Customer using credit card as a form of payment, please submit a case using the email HashiPayGO@ibm.com
- The email should include the following:
- In the Subject Line include: Summary of request
- In the Email Body include:
- 1. HCP Product
- 2. HCP Product Tier
- 3. HCP TF Instance URL or HCP Org ID
- 4. Detailed description of the help needed
If you are a Self-Managed customer and under a contract, please submit a support case using IBM Support.
