  • Collect debug log of Instana agent:

Agent configuration:
 
  • Collect <instana-agent-dir>/etc/instana/configuration.yaml file 
 
Additional output & files to collect:
 
  • If this is a SaaS environment, please include the host dashboard link
  • If using OpenTelemetry to send logs:
    • Include the OpenTelemetry Collector’s version, configuration file(s), and any logs that
      are available (may be generated by the debug exporter)
