Resolving The Problem

MustGather Data Collection Requirements for Instana ACE Sensor/Tracer
Monitored environment details:
- Kind of deployment (Single host , Kubernetes, etc.)
- OS (Linux/ Windows/AIX) and version
- Is ACE being monitored locally or remotely?
- IBM ACE version/fixpack or interim fixes
Agent logs:
- Collect the Instana agent debug log:
- See the MustGather page for Instana Agent for more details
Agent configuration:
- Collect <instana-agent-dir>/etc/instana/configuration.yaml
Additional output & files to collect:
- SaaS URL of the agent monitoring IBM ACE
- Screenshots showcasing the problem (if any)
- Is IBM ACE in an HA environment?
- Relevant SaaS instana UI links leading to the corresponding issue
- Additional information to collect using the following OS specific scripts and readme:
- Linux
- AIX
- Windows
- For Tracer related issues (user exit)
- Tracer version
- Tracer configuration:
- Default location: `/var/mqsi/shared-classes/acetracingexit.conf`
- Tracer logs:
- Default location: `/tmp/trace`
- Coredump Analysis (if applicable):
- Provide backtrace of coredump using gdb/lldb/dbx
- If IBM MQ is also being traced, include only the MQ tracer (user exit) related mustgather information
