Q: What options we got to collect the dumps for OMOC?
Ans: For production environment, IBM Support and SRE has robust monitoring, upon receiving alert we do capture heap, thread dumps and perform detailed analysis. Analysis along with mitigation strategy is further discussed via proactive support case.
Q: Do we have any best practice recommendations for OMOC? specifically looking for Database(DB2) stats

Q: Is there any Benchmark on the Peak OrderLine/hr volume available for reference from the Product side and recommendation on hardware for the peak?
Ans:
We do conduct internal performance testing, however, it's important to note that peak performance metrics can vary significantly depending on the specific workload configurations, integration with other systems, and the underlying hardware and software stack. Given the variability in implementations, we recommend raising a Support Case with detailed information about your environment and requirements. Our team will then work closely with you to gather the necessary background, and provide tailored guidance based on your scenario.
