Summary
In Maximo Application Suite 9.1, users' e-mail addresses and/ or phone numbers can be updated using import template csv option.
Steps
1. Login into Maximo Application Suite 9.1
2. Go to Suite > Security > Users:

3. Filter the user or users you want to update:

4. Click Export option:

5. Select Export custom columns, clear Template name and click Export:

Important: At this point, if you are not able to generate the csv file, follow the instructions described on Export option does not complete the download process in MAS 9.1
6. Open the csv file generated and check the following:
- There is one row for each security group the user belongs to;
- There is one row for each authentication type the user possess;
- There is one row for each contact type, so the changes need to applied to these rows.

7. Proceed with the changes as the following examples:
For e-mail address:
- If you want to change the email address from hanky15@hotmail.com to hanky@gmail.com, modify PRIMARYEMAIL or EMAILADDRESS on the contact type rows.

For phone number:
- If you want to change the phone from 781-335-9268 to 781-335-8870, modify PRIMARYPHONE or PHONENUM on the contact type rows:

Important: The changes can also be applied to all the rows, but if not applied to the contact type rows, they will not take effect.
- If you want to add new email addresses and/ or new phone numbers, create a new rows under the ones with the contact data. Copy and paste the same information and proceed with the changes in the columns mentioned above.

Important: There should be only one e-mail address and one phone number as primary, so additional rows should include EMAIL_ISPRIMARY and PHONE_ISPRIMARY set to 0.
8. Save the csv file locally and click Import option in Maximo:

9. Upload the updated csv file and click import:

10. Check the changes applied:

Note: Next time you export the same user, the changes will reflect to the other rows.
