Abstract
On 24 June 2025, IBM released IBM Maximo IT version 9.1 which is an add-on to the Maximo Manage application in Maximo Application Suite.

Maximo IT 9.1 comes with the following new features:
- Boost productivity with AI-powered recommendations
- Smarter work management with the Service Delivery application
- Stronger IT-OT and Vulnerability management
- AI Assistant Flexibility in Self-Serve
- ChatOps and Swarm with Microsoft Teams Integration
- Visualize Service health with Service Topology
- Speed up request management with Manager Approvals
- Performance and Security Boost with Java 17 Support
The following APARs and known issues were fixed in Maximo IT 9.1:
