Problem conclusion

• When the internet speed is slow, the WebSocket connection
  connects, completes tasks and close before receiving the
  response of the compile or run map api. this causes issues and
  api response tries to check if socket is connected or not and
  then runs task api (which is unexpected)
  solution: added a check to do nothing instead of calling task
  api , for this rare scenario (on slow network)
