Problem conclusion
tx-rest..*.work queue in redis is not cleaned properly. So with this fix, ITX is not adding objects to this redis queue. Applies to: 10.1.1.1, 10.1.2.1, 11.0.0.0, 11.0.1.0 Fixed in the next service packs and releases.
