Abstract
The news article outlines the support timelines for enrolling devices that use the IBM MaaS360 Desktop Management (DTM) Agent and for migrating existing DTM devices to the Advanced Windows Agent.

In August 2024, IBM® MaaS360® announced the availability of the new Advanced Windows Agent, which replaces the previous Windows Desktop Management (DTM) Agent. For more information on the previously published support note on this topic, see here.
Customers who are still using the Desktop Management (DTM) Agent are advised to upgrade to the new Advanced Windows Agent by 30 September 2025. For more information on the steps to follow for the upgrade from DTM to Advanced Windows Agent, see here.
Important: Support for enrolling devices through the old DTM Agent will no longer be supported after 8 August 2025. For more information on enrolling Windows devices with the Advanced Windows Agent through multiple modes, including bulk enrollment, see here.
