The IBM Verify Identity Access product helps organizations secure and manage user access and protect applications against fraudulent and unauthorized access.

System requirements

Downloading and assembling the product
- Use the tables in this document to find the eAssembly or part numbers of the downloadable images that you need.
- On the Passport Advantage website, use the numbers to search for the downloadable images. You can search for either the eAssembly number or individual part number.
- Download all of the optional and required parts that you need. If you download the eAssembly, all individual part numbers within the eAssembly are displayed.
- Create a temporary directory for your downloaded software.
- Unpack each part into the temporary directory.
- Follow the instructions in the IBM Verify Identity Access Virtual Appliance Quick Start Guide and the Configuring topics in the IBM Knowledge Center to get started with the product.
Upgrading from the previous version
Installation details and upgrade packages are also available on Fix Central.
Supported upgrade paths are documented in this technote.
Note: For versions older than v10.0.4, an additional fixpack must be applied before upgrading.
